So I want New Construction, what now?

Call Melissa to view the Model Homes in Port Dover (different models at varying levels of construction are available in Dover Landing).  Open Houses conducted on Saturdays from 1-3 at 72 White Water Dr.,  and on Sundays from 1-3 at 32 White Water Drive! 

How many Models are there to Choose from?

We currently have a selection of 8 home designs but can customize any of these or work with you to design your own.  Everybody is different, and we are happy to help you find one that's right for you.

What do I get to Choose?

EVERYTHING!  There are many choices in exterior finishes, flooring, cabinetry, countertops and more... We have a strong selection in each to support any budget.

Do I have to pay HST on the List Price?

No! The HST is included in our purchase price so what you see is what you get.

I still have my current Home to Sell, can you Help with that?
